The project aims to broaden and deepen the professional skills and competencies of students and their competitiveness by focusing vocational training on the processes of innovation in digital technologies, building sustainable attitudes towards raising professional qualifications, acquiring new ways of thinking and acting, affirming European values, improving foreign language proficiency, and strengthening transnational cooperation between educational institutions.
The dynamics of changing conditions and the opportunities that digital technologies unlock, are a challenge for vocational education and training, which prepares future business staff. This is a process in which training organizations must actively participate with their own initiatives, solutions and the discovery of new opportunities for improving the skills and competences of trainees, modernizing training and increasing the attractiveness of vocational education.
