With the implementation of the project, we apply an integrated approach in the structuring of the activities, aiming to improve the digital and environmental skills of teachers, as well as to ensure a sustainable and inclusive education of students in vocational and general education subjects. Through courses in conflict management, emotional intelligence, and project-based learning, we will integrate new teaching methods that will facilitate students' acquisition of technical and social skills.
The school applied for this project in order to increase the qualification of teachers, integrate innovative methods in teaching and improve conflict management and emotional intelligence in the school environment. The trainings will support digitalisation, environmental sustainability and inclusive education in the field of VET. Through international exchanges, we expect to broaden the professional skills of teachers and improve the quality of education at PGTE."Henry Ford".
