With this project, we aim for our volunteers to acquire skills in: - Organizing, promoting, and effectively conducting reforestation campaigns; - Selecting appropriate species for the respective ecosystem, soil preparation, root care, protection against diseases and pests, as well as subsequent care during the first 1-2 years after planting; - Urban reforestation skills, including interacting with relevant institutions, obtaining permits, and planting fruit trees; - Knowledge of opportunities for national and European funding for creating orchards by young farmers and cultivating them organically.
