Through this project we aim to: To build in our youth workers knowledge of the operation of the main types of fraudulent and pyramid schemes and cyberfrauds that threaten the youth we work with They learn effective approaches to early prevention of youth falling into such schemes For our core teams to gain cyber security knowledge that they can not only use in their digital youth work, but also be able to effectively pass it on to young people Gain concrete knowledge of legal tools to counter and hold accountable the perpetration of such frauds and support their victims They learn to understand the psychological profile of the youth most vulnerable to the phenomenon of social engineering, as well as the needs that cause their vulnerability To develop effective educational tools for cyber security, critical thinking and dealing with potential fraud victims To raise public awareness in our local communities about social engineering, fraudulent schemes and the importance of cyber security through an educational campaign in local schools and youth centers and sharing with them the educational tools, approaches and guidance developed.
