With the implementation of the project "REACH Academy: Empowering Youth Engagement and Connection," we aim to equip young people aged 14 to 18 with the skills, competencies, and confidence needed for active participation in democratic life, civil society, and their future personal and professional development. The project seeks to reduce the disparities in opportunities between youth from small rural areas and those from urban regions, while preparing them to face the challenges of the modern world. Project Objectives: Develop skills for stress management, emotional regulation, and critical thinking. Promote social, civic, and digital competencies. Prepare youth for professional growth and active citizenship. Ensure equal access to education for young people with fewer opportunities. Strengthen awareness of democratic values and European diversity.
