The three main objectives of WomanityLeap are: 1) To equip youth workers with an innovative Multiple Intelligence(MI)-based competence program tailored to the evolving labour market shaped by AI advancements and to pilot it. 2) To equip young women with tools to strengthen their employability based on MI-based competencies. 3) To integrate research, education, and real-world job market needs into a sustainable long-term capacity-building strategy for youth workers and young women.
