The project’s objectives are to: 1. Develop staff’s competencies and knowledge in the effective and ethical use of AI tools 2. Aid staff to understand and implement sustainability practices across their operational activities 3. Strengthen staff’s management and communication skills for enhancing decision-making and problem-solving processes 4. Improve the organisation’s internationalisation strategy and collaboration activities.
This project addresses evolving market demands and ensures continuous growth, innovation and alignment with European E+ priorities by firstly, strengthening our staff’s competencies in the ethical and effective use of AI tools, the incorporation of sustainability practices and the enhancement of management skills and secondly, by boosting our connections and internationalisation strategy through enabling key staff to provide training built on the exchange of best practices to host organisations.
