The project seeks to promote the personal and professional development of young people, particularly those who face obstacles such as unemployment, restricted access to opportunities, or falling into fewer opportunities. From a youth work practice point of view, the project will provide an environment in which young people may actively participate in non-formal education, therefore improving their skills and competencies via practical and hands-on learning experiences. This method will create a platform for youths to gain confidence, motivation, and readiness to face future problems in the workplace and society. The project aims to combine workshops, peer learning, and intercultural exchanges to help the youth better understand their roles as active citizens and responsible members of society. It will also promote their personal growth by encouraging self-reflection, fostering teamwork, and building communication, public speaking and leadership skills. Through these youth-centered activities, the project seeks to empower young people to make informed decisions about their futures, pursue career opportunities, enter the labour marker, or furtherly continue or start their studies, and become agents of positive change in their communities. Furthermore, by fostering ongoing engagement and collaboration, the project will help create a lasting impact that continues supporting young people's development after the end of the project. The objectives of the project are the following: 1. To provide to young people with essential career readiness skills such as CV writing, interview preparation, and goal-setting to improve employability and help them secure quality jobs. (SDG 8) 2.To equip youth with digital skills, including social media, and online personal presence; 3.To promote social inclusion by providing to youth from marginalized, rural, economically disadvantaged backgrounds, migrants, and minorities support, equal access to project resources, and opportunities to participate fully. 4.
