By implementing the project we want to achieve the following goals: 1) Learning good practice and exchange of experience in working with homeless people 2) Identification of innovative approaches and their transfer into practice in Slezská diakonie or in the Czech Republic 3) Strengthen skills in multidisciplinary cooperation at local and regional level 4) Development of knowledge in the use of digital tools
The project Learning from the Good Practice in Preventing and Addressing Homelessness responds to the need to strengthen the skills and competences of staff of social services for people facing homelessness and social exclusion in current topics and challenges related to the complex needs of homeless people and the situation in society. Within mobilities to 3 countries we want to learn from the good practice of the hosting organisations, develop innovations in methods and in use of technologies.
