The Association Board expects a similar effect from the project as the study visits brought in the previous project: activation of members who, by sharing inspiration, often created cooperation, the result of which was, for example, the National Career Counseling Award. Thanks to regular meetings of the member and non-member base, a platform has been created for sharing the inspiration gained and examples of good practice from the study visits.
The members of the Association's board see this project as key activity meeting the needs of career counselors. The Association for Career Counseling and Career Development supports the community of counselors as a platform for their own professional and professional development, for which it is absolutely necessary to maintain awareness and overview across Europe. The development of career guidance needs to be further supported in the Czech Republic, bringing examples of good practice is key.
