Our organization has long been focused on adult education and civic engagement. We identified the need to strengthen our educators’ skills in inclusion, burnout prevention, strategic planning, and effective collaboration. This project will allow us to develop professional competencies, draw inspiration from best practices, and integrate innovative approaches into our educational programs.
