This project has got three targets. Firstly, it is cooperation with foreign firms which should enable students to know activities and specialization of firms and to acquire working experience.Secondly, it is cooperation of teachers from foreign schools thanks to job shadowing so that they could share educational materials and experience and think about new projects and future internship for students. Thirdly, teachers should know new educational methods and improve language skills in courses.
The Business Academy of T. G. Masaryk in Jindřichův Hradec is a small vocational school with 240 students in the region near the border, which is focused on preparing students for economic sphere emphasizing education of foreign languages and information and communication technology. It should enable students to get to know foreign firms during their internship to be successful at a labour market and teachers to contribute to other education to be able to adapt better to changes in society.
