In our project we set 2 goals. The first objective is improving of key competences and new skills of pupils on international scale. We want them to make possible to compare the work environment in the Czech Republic and Greece. We talk about developing skills and knowledge, that are crucial for our studying fields Cook-waiter, Hotel and Gastronomy and Tourism. The second objective is to improve pupil's language and communicative skills, just as geography and culture of Greece.
The first reason - due to the ongoing economic crisis in our region we can see an increase in the number of pupils from socially disadvantaged backrounds at our school. We plan to target them and enable them to participate in mobility, expand their knowledge, skills and new working practises. We want to contribute to their employment in the labour market and offer them the opportunity for a higher standard of living.We also expect to improve their language skills thanks to active communication.
