By training teaching staff and creating new curriculum content, we will update the School Education Program and improve the quality of education. During internships, students gain practical experience in foreign companies, try out and improve procedures in the professional field of motor vehicles and logistics, and practice the English language. Teaching staff will improve their language skills during the project and will be more competent in obtaining current information for teaching.
The aim of the "Smart agriculture for young technicians" project is to include in vocational education and training knowledge and procedures reflecting a modern approach to agriculture, which uses technology to optimize production and improve yields. In order to better apply our students to the labor market, we will prepare work placements for them in companies in Holland and Croatia. We would like to improve the language competence of teaching staff by sending them to English courses.
