With this project, we aim to develop the professional, language, and social skills of our students and teachers. We strive to improve students' academic performance and success in the national graduation exam while preparing them for their future careers. Teacher mobility will support innovation in vocational and language education. Through job shadowing, we will transfer new international insights into practice. The project will also include students with fewer opportunities.
Our motivation for applying is to provide international mobility opportunities for students and teachers. These mobilities would be unattainable for our school without grant programs. By promoting the results and successes from abroad, we aim to enhance our school's reputation and attract future students. We believe that the project effectively develops the skills, abilities, and competencies of both our students and teachers.
