Objectives

Through the implementation of this project, we aim to modernize our educational programs, ensure high-quality international cooperation, and enhance the professional and language skills of our students and teachers. We also aim to preserve traditional glassmaking techniques while integrating them with modern innovations, thus preparing our students for the demands of the European labor market and strengthening the international reputation of our school.

Background

The Secondary School of Glassmaking in Kamenický Šenov, the oldest glass school in the world, has long been dedicated to combining traditional craftsmanship with modern approaches. We submitted the project to support the preservation of glassmaking traditions, innovation in the field, and to connect education with the demands of the contemporary European labor market. We aim to modernize teaching and develop the professional and language skills of students and teachers at an international level.
