The mobility supports the development of students' key competencies through professional internships abroad, which allow them to acquire new skills. Mobilities improve language skills and motivate further education. The goal is the development of students' personal competencies. By collaborating and implementing mobilities for secondary school staff abroad, we aim to create a mutually inspiring educational environment in the field of veterinary assistant, which is not commonly taught in Europe.
By implementing mobilities, the organization responds to the need for the development and enhancement of staff qualifications to prepare students for a successful life in a changing world. Mobilities support students' motivation, their active approach to studying, and the development of competencies, as well as their engagement in society at both national and international levels. The school focuses on an open environment, and mobility projects are key for communication with foreign partners.
