Our project aims to strengthen digital literacy, cybersecurity, and the principles of psychohygiene among young people through non-formal education and intercultural exchange. From the perspective of youth work, we intend to achieve the following objectives: Increase Awareness of Cybersecurity and Cyberbullying: Participants will learn the fundamental principles of safe online behavior, how to protect personal data, and methods for preventing cyberbullying. Through workshops focused on topics such as phishing, deepfakes, hate speech, and other digital threats, they will acquire practical tools that help them protect themselves online and reduce the risk of becoming either victims or perpetrators of cyber attacks. Develop the Principles of Psychohygiene: We will teach participants how to balance the time spent on online and offline activities to maintain good mental health. Thanks to relaxation techniques, mindfulness, yoga, and other interactive exercises, they will learn how to effectively manage stress and the demands of the digital world, helping them maintain a healthy balance between virtual and real life. Promote the Positive Use of Digital Technologies: The goal is to show young people how to use digital tools for personal development, effective time management, and building positive social connections. In practical workshops, they will learn about applications and strategies that support self-development and time management, thereby improving their overall wellbeing and professional readiness. In addition to these main objectives, the project emphasizes strengthening intercultural dialogue and active civic engagement. Young people from seven European countries will have the opportunity to share their experiences and discuss not only the project topics but also their everyday lives, thereby enhancing their language skills and sense of European identity. Moreover, young people from disadvantaged backgrounds, particularly children from children’s homes, will be included to ensure equal opportunities for acquiring digital knowledge and preventing digital threats, thus supporting their inclusion and personal development. Overall, our project will help young people navigate the digital world safely, acquire practical skills and knowledge that they can apply in everyday life, and strengthen their ability to work in international teams, communicate in a foreign language, and actively engage in society. Through interactive workshops, practical activities, and international exchanges, participants will be better prepared to face the challenges of modern times, significantly supporting both their personal and professional development.
