Our project aims to introduce game-books as an innovative educational tool for youth workers, equipping them with new interactive and immersive storytelling methodologies to engage young people effectively. By implementing this project, we seek to enhance the quality of youth work, making learning more engaging, accessible, and impactful. Objectives: - Equip youth workers with the knowledge and tools necessary to design and implement game-books as educational tools, providing training on game-book methodology and practical skills for incorporating this format into their work. - Promote innovative educational methodologies by advocating for the use of game-books as a tool for immersive storytelling, thereby enhancing youth engagement and making educational content more accessible and appealing. - Develop and pilot seven educational game-books during the training course, each focusing on a key topic relevant to young people. These game-books will serve as interactive learning resources for the participating organizations. - Encourage creativity and critical thinking among young people by using game-books to introduce complex topics in an interactive and engaging manner, helping them explore decision-making processes, problem-solving, and creative storytelling. - Empower youth workers with digital integration skills by teaching them how to incorporate game-books into digital formats effectively. Through this project, youth workers will gain practical skills, digital competencies, and pedagogical strategies that will allow them to better connect with young people, encourage active participation, and address important social topics through an engaging and immersive format.
