The Business Skills for a Sustainable Future project aims to enhance the competencies of youth workers in entrepreneurship, digital skills, and sustainability. Our goal is to equip youth workers with practical tools and methodologies to effectively support young people in developing their professional and personal skills. The main objectives of the project are: 1 ) Developing entrepreneurial and digital skills of youth workers – participants will gain practical tools and methodologies to help young people with their career and professional development. 2 ) Integrating sustainability into youth work – the project connects entrepreneurship with circular economy principles and social responsibility. 3 ) Improving youth workers’ training and mentoring skills – using the Training-of-Trainers (ToT) and IKIGAI methods, participants will be better equipped to transfer knowledge and mentor young people. 4 ) Ensuring a multiplier effect – after returning to their organisations, participants will implement new educational methods through workshops and mentoring activities. 5 ) Connecting youth workers with the startup and entrepreneurial ecosystem – participants will have the opportunity to collaborate with entrepreneurs and innovators, bridging the gap between youth work and the real labour market. 6 ) The project focuses on innovation in non-formal education, introducing new approaches to competency development and ensuring that youth workers apply their newly acquired skills in their daily practice in the long term.
