With the project, we want to support young youth workers (beginners) - active volunteers - in their ability to gain attention, interest and support for their activities with young people. We want to achieve this by developing their project thinking skills - we want to support them in their ability to look at their activities from different angles, to characterize them correctly, effectively and understandably in individual segments. Thanks to the project, youth workers will be able to describe better the starting points, goals, target groups, activities, outputs, impact, reach and dissemination potential of specific youth activities, and also to think about the budget correctly. Then they will be able to support the prestige of these activities in communities, with potential collaborators, donors or other stakeholders. They will also be able to improve the quality of specific aspects of their work by using what their colleagues who will develop their activities during the mobility point out. The project will create material that can be used for the education of other people - voluntary youth workers in partner organizations and beyond - a pdf form and a booklet with inspirations for its use. Elements of blended learning will be used with an interactive platform designed for communication, sharing and online group work without the need for the entire team to work and know well all the topics.
