There are three primary objectives: 1. Strengthening and empowering the Czech and Armenian youth with the skills, knowledge, and resources needed to actively engage in community building and public life. Participants will be trained to design, lead, and implement their own projects, fostering a new generation of young leaders who contribute to a more equal and participatory society. 2. Enhancing the recognition and visibility of active young people in the Czech Republic and Armenia by amplifying their voices, showcasing their contributions, and inspiring others to participate in public life. This will strengthen the culture of civic engagement and promote non-discriminatory participation. 3. The project will support intercultural cooperation between Czech and Armenian youth and will also disseminate European values - participants from different countries will exchange experiences, learn about different cultures, learn to cooperate, respect and tolerate other peoples' cultures.
