By implementing this project, we primarily wanted to achieve a state where a group of disadvantaged young people gains the self-confidence and practical skills necessary for independent life in modern Europe. We wanted the participants to experience firsthand that traveling and communicating in a foreign language are not insurmountable obstacles, but rather opportunities for personal growth. Another key goal is the practical mastery of sustainable travel principles. We aim to ensure that upon their return, participants will actively seek out and use more ecological modes of transport and understand their significance for the quality of urban life and the environment as a whole. In terms of values, we want to achieve a situation where these young people feel like full-fledged members of the European community. Our goal is to break down their fear of the unknown and any potential prejudices towards other cultures. We want to teach them to perceive Europe's diversity as an enrichment and to strengthen their sense of European belonging through shared experiences. For our organization, the goal is to create a stable methodology for working with disadvantaged youth in an international context. We want to prove that even people with very limited opportunities can become active citizens if they receive the right support and tools. The overall result should be a permanent change in the participants' perception of their own potential, giving them the courage to take further steps in their lives, whether in education, work, or their personal journey. Objectives: 1) To make international travel accessible to disadvantaged 18-year-olds and help them overcome barriers such as finances, geographical isolation, or the fear of communicating in foreign languages. 2) To educate participants on sustainable mobility and the practical use of alternative modes of transport within European urban infrastructure. 3) To strengthen European identity and the understanding of shared values, such as tolerance and solidarity, through the direct discovery of foreign cultures and traditions. 4) To develop participants' key life skills for independent living, particularly in the areas of planning, navigation in unfamiliar environments, and digital literacy. 5) To increase the self-confidence of young people and motivate them toward further education, active citizenship, and participation in international activities. 6) To improve the organization's international work with disadvantaged youth.
