The project “Enhancing Gender Inclusive STEM Education to Ensure the EU's Sustainability and Competitive Edge” (ENerGISE) aims to empower different stakeholder groups (e.g., pre-service and in-service teachers, academic staff) in formal and informal learning environments to foster students’ interest and motivation for STEM subjects across various EU countries. In particular, the specific motivations of young women for STEM subjects should be recognized and addressed.
