This project tackles the challenge of attracting and retaining minoritized groups in math-intensive STEM fields. It aims to transform higher education curricula and culture by incorporating gender and diversity perspectives. The project builds university and research capacity to reform education systems and ensures sustainability by training local "critical friends" as trainers across Europe.
