The aim is to exchange ideas on digital communication and AI against the background of changing user behaviour. Participants will learn about new strategic communication approaches from European organisations and add them to their own tools to better address target groups. An expert will teach key skills in the field of digital communication. Participants will acquire the relevant expertise in a workshop with colleagues.
Promoting digital communication skills is crucial for the further development of language and cultural work in European adult education. The Erasmus+ programme supports capacity building and internationalisation through job shadowing and other training measures. The aim is to provide our staff with new digital communication skills in order to improve the user orientation of our adult education offers in the long term.
