Objectives

We have 3 objectives in this project: -Develop advanced expertise in facilitating dialogue, conflict mediation, and collaboration -Enhance our educators’ competencies in resilience and sustainability to address the increasing demand for equitable working conditions in the cultural field -Advance methodologies and deepen expertise in anti-oppression, diversity, and inclusion with a specific focus on the Central and Eastern European cultural landscape.

Background

Germany has lately experienced significant political and economic shifts that have affected the cultural sector. As a result many of our beneficiaries, particularly from marginalized backgrounds, face increasing precarity. Through our beneficiaries needs assessment we see that we need to acquire advanced skills in: 1. Collaboration & conflict transformation 2. Resilience & sustainability 3. Anti-oppression, diversity, inclusion 4. Central and Eastern European context for the cultural sector.
