Our goals in carrying out this project are: strengthening and deepening the intercultural competence of each participant. In addition, the participants feel a sense of personal responsibility when participating in the implementation of the project and, as a result, an increased sense of self-esteem Mobility results in an understanding of the importance of the European community and democracy.
This project supports our trainees to gain a deeper understanding of the challenges and strategies of nursing staff across Europe. The necessary discussion and reflection on intercultural values such as tolerance, responsibility and openness towards others, solidarity and cooperation takes place in this project. The individual personal development of each participant is guaranteed in this mobility.
