The participants will gain practical experience in various training areas of the partner institution. Additionally, they will be supported in their (European) career orientation through targeted research and company visits. The intercultural exchange enhances participants' communication skills and helps them to develop and strengthen their intercultural competence in a focused manner.
Since our students' education is predominantly theory-based and there are only limited opportunities for hands-on experiences outside of school, we aim to provide them with an additional, practice-oriented learning opportunity through this project, which will also support their career orientation. Furthermore, we seek to strengthen the European spirit and foster intercultural competence among our students.
