The goal is to actively involve teachers and students in international exchange. Teachers will gain insights into new didactic concepts and digital teaching methods through job shadowing, while students will acquire practical experience in foreign companies through group mobilities. In the long term, the school aims to establish regular international partnerships, integrating the European perspective into vocational education and training.
BBS Lingen Technik und Gestaltung is applying for this Erasmus+ project to strengthen international exchange in vocational education. The integration of Industry 4.0, AI, and digital teaching methods poses challenges for schools across Europe. Through job shadowing for teachers and international mobility programs for students, knowledge exchange will be fostered to develop innovative teaching concepts and provide students with practical learning experiences in an international context.
