The main objectives of the project are to strengthen vocational initial training in the targeted occupational groups. By enhancing vocational training, it aims to counteract the declining numbers of apprentices and significantly increase the attractiveness of the professions. Additionally, it aims to overcome national educational boundaries and promote professional exchange within the respective training paths.
For the BilSE Institute, both the ERASMUS+ program and, above all, the promotion of the European idea, as well as the implementation of joint projects, are essential components for strengthening individual competencies, European networking, and cooperation in the fields of education and profession. Furthermore, we aim to contribute to reinforcing European values, to send ambassadors for our region, and to make our society more inclusive and greener.
