1. Improvement of the technical and structural conditions at the Stuttgart location for the school-based part of vocational training in security management. 2. Optimization of the integration of in-company and school-based training. 3. Improvement of teaching (conceptually, methodically), especially for learners with a migration background. 4. Optimization of school-specific recruiting. 5. Optimization of industry-specific digitalization for learners.
As a starting point for a long-term cooperation with a vocational school in Finland in the growing field of protection and security, we would like to compare the structural and technical equipment, the specialized digitalization, our subject-specific didactic methods in the area of security management, and our teaching of democracy and law with our Finnish counterparts. Based on the insights gained, we aim to sustainably develop and improve our teaching.
