With the implementation of this project, we want to strengthen the diversity of inclusion in vocational education and training by analysing best practices from Sweden and Austria and, if necessary, integrating them into our lessons. In addition, we are striving to expand digital skills for schools and careers in order to prepare teachers and learners for the requirements of an increasingly digitalized world of work. The knowledge gained is to be sustainably integrated into everyday school life.
We are applying for this project to conduct job shadowing for eight teachers in Sweden and Austria. The aim is to analyze best practices in comparable educational programs and identify opportunities to optimize our own procedures. The key focuses of the project are promoting inclusion and enhancing digital skills for both school and professional settings. In the long term, the insights gained will be integrated into teaching and sustainably embedded in everyday school life.
