We expect participants to acquire intercultural skills, adaptability, and insights into diverse educational styles. They will enhance their language and communication abilities, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Additionally, they will build international networks and gain a better understanding of the Croatian labor market and business environment, including employer relations between Croatia and Germany.
We applied for this project to provide cross-border traineeships that enhance the working skills of our youth and offer trainees from various occupations hands-on job experience in market-demand fields. Since Croatia’s accession to the EU, German firms have recognized its potential in specific sectors. This project aims to bridge the gap between education and industry, further boosting the economic and cultural relations between our countries
