LINK UP aims to empower TCN women by improving their digital skills, fostering cultural integration, and encouraging civic engagement. Through multilingual training, practical workshops, and accessible resources like a MOOC platform and AI-supported tools like the Inclusion Cookbook, participants will gain confidence and tools to navigate essential services and connect with community. The project will promote inclusion, lifelong learning, and stronger community ties across partner regions.
