The project "Empower Democracy" strengthens the democratic competencies of young adults in the growing EU. Three core aspects are crucial: understanding democratic competencies, practical educational offerings, and qualified course leaders. All of these bring challenges that the involved organizations are already addressing. The goal is to develop sustainable solutions to improve the quality of work in the area of democratic competencies in the long term.
