The LEAD+ project aims to design a professional leadership development programme for emerging leaders, focusing on adaptive leadership, accountability, diversity, and positive mindset. It will create an accessible e-learning platform with collaborative design, establish a robust evaluation framework using data-driven metrics, and foster an interdisciplinary, intercultural learning community that promotes collaboration and the sharing of best practices.
