The project aims to enhance municipalities' and NGOs' ability to deliver adult education on participatory placemaking, promoting democratic engagement and social inclusion. We will develop innovative placemaking resources, facilitate cross-sector knowledge exchange, and ensure inclusive participation, particularly for marginalized groups, empowering them with skills in urban development and civic participation.
