CODEVET aims to establish COMET as a tool for competence diagnostics to assess, compare, and tailor training for professionals regardless of educational systems and training formats. This contributes to addressing the skills shortage and allows for an evaluation of education systems: a "Vocational PISA". COMET is intended to become part of quality management to continuously improve vocational education processes in line with Sustainable Development Goals (European Green Deal).
