Since a few years we are working together with our partners continuosly on our cooperation, which is highlighted mainly through this exchange in the summer. Through the long term cooperation, and several visits at the partners we have the possibilty to actively involve the young people into the planning and implementation of the programme. The youth exchange in summer is our main highlight of our international work and the young people are very motivated to actively work on shaping this event. The main aim of the project was to actively make the young people participate and start their interest for European topics and for the long term international cooperation. Through this exchange they made together new experiences, widened their knowledge on topics and took a stand for them. For us and our partners this project had a high value as it enabled us to also include young people with fewer opportunties as the chosen methodology was accessable. Based on our good experiences in the last years we wanted to continue with that. Further our network was strenghtened and the young people can be involved long term. During the project the young people were accompanied and through taking over responsibilities they widened their competences and started own initiatives. The selection of the topic in this year was influenced by different factors. The young people have selected the topic which was accesable through different activities and therefore was understood by all. For this we had selected different methods and workshops which were supporting the process, lead by the group leaders and the young people themselves.
