The project “Integrated Youngsters of Europe” aimed to foster cultural understanding, empathy, and social inclusion among young people from Germany, Turkey, Italy, and North Macedonia. The initiative was designed in response to the increasing cultural diversity and social challenges caused by migration and economic disparities across Europe. Through intercultural learning, creative workshops, and group activities, the project sought to help young people recognize diversity as an opportunity rather than a barrier. Its main objectives were: To promote social cohesion and mutual respect among young people from different cultural and social backgrounds; To develop communication, empathy, and teamwork skills through non-formal learning methods; To encourage active European citizenship and awareness of shared European values; To support the integration of migrant and disadvantaged youth by providing a safe space for interaction and self-expression. By bringing together 28 participants aged 16–20, the project created meaningful intercultural experiences that strengthened young people’s sense of belonging, tolerance, and motivation to engage in their local communities.
