The main goal of the project was to empower young people—especially those from rural and underdeveloped areas—to become active participants in environmental protection and sustainable living. Objectives of the project: - Promote environmental awareness and education among youth in less developed regions, helping them understand the connection between environmental health and human well-being. - Foster active citizenship by encouraging young individuals to take part in civic and community initiatives related to sustainability and climate action. -Encourage healthy and sustainable lifestyles among rural youth to improve their well-being and support environmentally conscious living habits. -Provide non-formal learning opportunities through interactive workshops, discussions, and outdoor activities that inspire reflection on personal consumption and environmental impact. -Engage the local community and raise awareness about Erasmus+ opportunities, motivating more young people to participate in European youth programs. -Promote social inclusion and European identity by connecting youth from diverse backgrounds and sharing experiences through multimedia content and social media outreach. In summary, the project aimed to bridge the gap between urban and rural youth in environmental education, enhance civic participation, and strengthen awareness of sustainable practices through collaborative, experiential learning and community engagement.
