Mental health remains a critical concern for young people, yet stigma and misinformation continue to hinder open conversations. According to the World Health Organization (WHO, 2021), one in seven individuals aged 10-19 experiences a mental health disorder, but over half avoid seeking help due to fear of judgment (UNICEF, 2022). Research by the European Youth Forum (2023) reveals that 61% of young people believe mental health is rarely discussed openly within their communities, which contributes to feelings of social isolation and internalized stigma. These findings highlight a significant lack of emotional support for youth. By implementing the project, we wanted to support young people in improving their mental well-being by creating a safe and inclusive space where they could express themselves freely, connect with others, and build confidence. The project used creative and interactive methods to encourage self-awareness, reduce stress, and promote positive mental health practices among participants. To achieve the aim, our objectives were: Aim: To increase the level of mental wellbeing of young people by leveraging art as a transformative tool for self expression and s tress relief. Objectives: 1- To break the stigma surrounding mental health and enhance awareness among 42 young participants by facilitating open peer dialogues for mutual learning. 2- To empower 42 youth participants to trust in their personal strengths and abilities by engaging in activities designed to celebrate and cultivate their unique skills and talents. 3- To demonstrate the positive impact of creative collaboration on the mental well-being of 42 young participants by providing opportunities for collective artistic expression and shared experiences.
