Art and culture have an extraordinary power to bring people together, regardless of their origin, culture, or social status. They are a tool for social integration, helping to build communities, foster interpersonal relationships, and break down barriers. When used appropriately, art and culture can act as a bridge between different social and cultural groups. Working with young people using artistic expression requires specific skills and competencies, as it involves managing their emotions. Poorly conducted activities can negatively impact young people's well-being and discourage them from participating. The main objective of this project was to equip youth workers with the skills to use artistic expression to support the development and psychological well-being of young people. Further objectives included: - Development of international partnerships in the field of youth work, - Exchange of best practices, - Exchange of experiences and methods for working with young people within the context of the implemented theme, - Improvement of the key competencies of people working with young people, - Improvement of the quality of work with young people, - Exchange of information between partners on current threats to young people (radicalism, fascism, populism, conspiracy theories, etc.), - Discussion of future partnerships to promote the mental health of young people.
