The aim is to set up, test and permanently install a council for participation and co-determination with young people / young artists at the children- und youth circus location CABUWAZI Tempelhof in Berlin. Participation should be possible for all interested young people at the circus - a particular focus is on the inclusion of young refugees and young people with disabilities.
