The central concern of the partnership is to enable the participating organizations to open their own measures to each other regarding their participation structures in such a way that they can contribute effectively. In this process, both full-time and volunteer staff must be trained to actively participate and effectively support youth groups. The European opening of their own meetings and the European networking of the organization are central, alongside inclusive opening.
