We want to empower young people with fewer opportunities to actively become part of a community around art and cultural organisations. Together with the youngster we wish to find ways to make our spaces more accessible to them and our local communities. We wish to enhance the capacity of our staff and youth workers and support the youngster in creating and implementing their own local community projects. Together we want to inspire other art and culture spaces as well as local politicians!
