DJH has two primary project objectives: To strengthen the students' international outlook and experience and to establish mutual partnerships that are based on both professional skills education and soft skills development. DJH has limited experience with international cooperation and only a few students gain international experience with their trade as part of their education at DJH. We want to bring Europe to DJH through strong partnerships, where we have a mutual benefit and learning from the
DJH's vision is to be a national and international benchmark for future vocational education. This is ambitious and require DJH to be curious and learn from others. DJH want to use this first mobility project to allow management and teachers to visit different organisations and form strategic partnerships. International student mobility is used strategically to strengthen both collaboration and well-being in their teams and contribute to the students' professional skills.
