We aim to equip youth workers with tools to cultivate resilient communities, even in the face of division. By fostering self-awareness, we empower facilitators to navigate group dynamics, bridge divides, and strengthen social cohesion. The project will provide practical methods for engaging communities in dialogue, addressing polarization, and creating inclusive spaces.
