BEAM expands the Building Bridges Model to enhance social inclusion, remove participation barriers, build stronger, engaged communities; raises awareness of inclusive communities; empowers individuals (community guides), volunteer centres and CSOs, equipping them with competences to provide tailored support for lonely and at-risk individuals; fosters cross-sector collaboration, advocates for policy recognition of bridge-building as a key strategy for social cohesion at local, national, EU level.
